Detailed Scope of Work

110 KV Equipment:
  • 110 KV, 1600 Amps HDB Isolator (3-ph without earth switch)
  • 110 kV Solid core Post Insulator
  • 110 KV, 200 A, Current Transformer (1PH with 120% extended current rating)
  • 96 KV Lightning Arrestor (1PH – class-3, Gapless)
22 kV Equipment
  • 22 kV 1250 A, VCB (3 phase, spring operated) along with support structure
  • 22 kV, 400 A, DB Isolator (3 phase) without earth switch
  • 18 KV Surge arrester (1 ph) class-2
  • 22 kV Bus post insulator
Control & Relay Panels
  • 110/22kV Transformer Protection panel (HV & LV side) with automation
  • Control panel for 2 nos of 22kV lines
  • Protection panel for 2 nos of 22kV lines
  • Control panel for 2 nos of 22kV capacitor bank
  • Protection panel for 2 nos of 22kV capacitor bank
Structures
  • Lattice Structure (Non-standard structures as per site requirement)
  • Foundation bolts including nuts, checknuts, and washers for lattice structures
  • Miscellaneous structural steel (excluding reinforcement steel and steel for lattice and pipe structures)
Clamps & Connectors
  • Various tension and suspension string assemblies with disc insulators and clamps suitable for ZEBRA ACSR
Power Connectors
  • 110kV and 22kV side connectors (Tee connectors, terminal connectors, flexible connectors, etc.)

Earthing Material

  • MS Rods, GS Flats, rod electrodes, and other earthing materials
Power Cables
  • 3.5Cx70 sq.mm and 4Cx16 sq.mm cables
Illumination
  • Street lighting poles, LED street lights, and outdoor receptacles
