Job for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 33 KV GRID Power Station at Kailaras Compressor Station.

Scope of Work

  • 33kV Double Pole Structure: Supplied and installed insulators, lightning protection, GO/DO fuses, isolators, and earthing switches.
  • 33kV VCB HT Double Panel Board: Provided and installed 630A, 33kV vacuum circuit breaker high-tension double panel board.
  • Step-Down Transformer: Delivered, installed, and commissioned a 2.0 MVA, 33/0.415kV Dyn11 ONAN-type transformer with On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) and Remote Tap Changer Control (RTCC).
  • Switchboards: Established LT Isolator Panel, Lighting Distribution Board (LDB), Power Distribution Board (PDB), and DC Distribution Board (220V, 20A).
  • LT Panel Modification: Redesigned and modified the existing low-tension panel to ensure seamless integration.
  • Power Factor Correction: Implemented an 800 KVAR system, integrating a 300 KVAR capacitor bank from GAIL and a 500 KVAR capacitor bank supplied by us.
  • HT XLPE Cables: Installed 33kV high-tension cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC-sheathed, flame-retardant, low-smoke (FRLS) power armoured cables.
  • LT Bus Duct: Installed low-tension bus duct from the transformer to the LT Isolator Panel within the substation building.
  • 1.1kV XLPE Cables: Installed 1.1kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated armoured, PVC-sheathed, flame-retardant, low-smoke (FRLS) power and control cables, including DC cabling for interconnections.
  • Earthing and Lightning Protection: Installed comprehensive earthing and lightning protection systems for the substation building and all electrical equipment.
