Project Scope

  • Design and Supply: Detailed design and supply of all electrical components.
  • Installation: Installation of electrical systems and components.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Comprehensive testing and commissioning of the electrical systems.

Detailed Scope of Work

Design and Supply
  • 11kV Breakers:
    • Supply of 11kV breakers as per technical specifications.
    • Inclusion of necessary accessories and components for integration into the system.
  • Overhead Cable Support Structures:
    • Supply and design of overhead cable support structures for 400mm² and 600mm² cable trays.
    • Structures to be installed from MRS to the project site and within the shop floor.
  • Distribution Transformers:
    • Supply of 11/0.433 kV distribution transformers.
    • Transformers to meet specified ratings and cooling systems.
  • Power Control Centers (PCC) and Panelboards (PDB):
    • Supply and installation of 433V PCC and PDB systems.
    • Systems to be integrated into existing civil structures.
  • Isolators and Lightning Protection:
    • Supply and installation of 433V isolators and lightning protection systems.
    • Systems to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Lighting Systems:
    • Supply and installation of high bay LED lights, 2×2 LED lights, and flameproof LED lights.
    • Systems to provide adequate illumination for operational needs.
  • Cable Trays and Conduits:
    • Supply and installation of ladder type and perforated type cable trays.
    • Installation of PVC and steel conduits for cable management.
  • Auxiliary Systems:
    • Supply and installation of HVAC systems, including split air conditioners and exhaust fans.
    • Systems to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
Installation
  • Electrical Systems:
    • Installation of all electrical systems, including transformers, breakers, and control panels.
    • Ensuring all installations meet specified safety and performance standards.
  • Cable Management:
    • Laying of low voltage and high voltage cables in trenches and overhead.
    • Installation of cable trays and conduits to manage and protect cables.
  • Lighting Systems:
    • Installation of LED lighting systems in various areas, including high bay lights and tube lights.

  • HVAC Systems:
