Project Scope

  • Design: Detailed design of the PLC system and HMI SCADA.
  • Supply: Procurement of all necessary materials and equipment.
  • Installation: Setting up of the PLC system and HMI SCADA.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Conducting thorough tests to ensure the system operates efficiently and safely.
  • Web-Based Platform: Development of a web-based platform for real-time data sharing with GAIL.

Detailed Scope of Work

  • Pressure Transmitters:
    • Supply of 8 pressure transmitters.
  • Temperature Transmitters:
    • Supply of 14 temperature transmitters.
  • Cables and Accessories:
    • Supply and installation of armored cables, signal cables, multicore 24-core cables, RJ11 cables, connectors, pigtails, junction boxes, cable trays, limit switches, and other accessories.
  • PLC System:
    • Supply and installation of PLC with CPU, I/O modules, and programming software.
  • SCADA Software:
    • Supply of unlimited tags SCADA software development license.
  • PLC Panel:
    • Supply and installation of PLC panel.
  • Signal Cables:
    • Supply and installation of 24-pair multicore signal cable for transfer of signals to GAIL panel room.
  • Web Space Enabler:
    • Supply and installation of web space enabler for real-time data sharing with GAIL.
  • SCADA Software License:
    • Supply of SCADA software license for unlimited tags client.
  • Desktop PCs:
    • Supply and installation of desktop PCs with authorized operating system license.
  • Application Development:
    • Customization of SCADA software, development, installation, commissioning, and documentation.
Installation
  • PLC System Installation:
    • Installation of PLC system at both Hyderabad and Vijaywada sites.
    • Ensuring all connections are secure and meet safety standards.
  • HMI SCADA Installation:
    • Installation of HMI SCADA system.
    • Integration with the web-based platform for real-time data sharing.
  • Cable Installation:
    • Laying of armored cables, signal cables, multicore 24-core cables, and RJ11 cables.
    • Installation of connectors, pigtails, junction boxes, cable trays, and limit switches.
Testing & Commissioning
  • System Testing:
    • Testing of all electrical systems, including PLC and HMI SCADA.
    • Verification of protection relays and circuit breakers.
    • Load testing to ensure the system operates efficiently under load conditions.
  • Commissioning:
      Commissioning of the entire system to ensure it is fully operational.
    • Final checks and balances to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
    • Handing over the system to IOCL with all necessary documentation and as-built drawings.
