Project Overview

This project involved the design and execution of a cutting-edge electrical installation at the Container Freight Station in Kolkata, meeting the client’s operational and safety requirements.

Scope of Work

Compact Substation Installation

  • Supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned a 6.6 KV outdoor skid-mounted compact
    substation.
  • Constructed a durable concrete foundation for the substation to ensure stability and
    longevity.
  • Facilitated third-party inspection of the substation at the manufacturer’s facility
    to guarantee quality compliance.
Power Control Centers (PMCC)
  • Supplied and installed floor/wall-mounted vertical 415V LT PMCC.
  • Erection, testing, commissioning, and relay settings were completed on-site to ensure optimal performance.
Generator Installation
  • Supplied and installed a 400 KVA diesel generator (DG) set with an acoustic enclosure.
  • Conducted testing and commissioning to meet power backup needs for the facility.

Control Panel Setup

    • Delivered and installed an advanced AMF Cum Control Panel featuring
  • 1 x 800 A ACB (Air Circuit Breaker).
  • Ensured seamless integration and operation of the control panel with the DG set.
Cable Tray Installation
  • Provision and installation of durable cable tray systems to support safe and organized cabling.
